DataSteak products are built from public sources. This page names every source behind a product on this site, the licence it carries, and the attribution statement its publisher requires.
Each product page carries a short credit and a link here. That is how the Open Government Licence itself says to do it: the source must be acknowledged in the product, and where listing every statement in the product would be impractical, a link to a page carrying them is permitted.
A source that we have collected but not yet built into anything we sell is not listed here, because we are not publishing it.

DataSteak products incorporate information from the Companies House public register using the Companies House Basic Company Data Product. Companies House states that it imposes no rules or requirements on how information on the public register is used. Users of register information remain responsible for compliance with applicable data protection, copyright and other legislation.
Companies House requires no particular form of attribution. We credit them as:

Buying a dataset does not transfer the original publishers' rights to you. If you republish the data, or build something public on top of it, the attribution statements above travel with it and remain your responsibility.
What you may and may not do with a file you have bought is set out in the terms. If you are not sure whether something you have in mind is covered, ask us before you build it rather than after.
DataSteak is responsible for the selection, cleaning, typing and presentation of the data in its products. The underlying records are the publishers'.
